The Service provides real time and live information about football betting odds on The Kenyan football betting market. Although the Provider is making efforts to to provide complete and up to date information, considering the fact that this information comes from third parties independent sources (the bookmakers) we strongly advise you to double check the information gathered by our Service also from other sources.

3. Third party websites

The User acknowledges that any contact made with third party websites or apps after using the Service (e.g. on bookmakers websites or apps) is completely independent of the Provider and the Provider is in no way responsible for any agreements, expectations or consequences after such contact.

Any dispute or claim that may arise between the User and such a third party website or app shall in no way involve the Provider

4. Legal Compliance

Users are advised to comply with applicable legislation in the jurisdiction in which they are domiciled and/or resident and/or present. The Provider does not accept responsibility for any action taken by any authority against any User in connection with their use of the Service.

5. Type of relationship

7. Service abuse

Any use of automated tools or robots such as web scrapers to obtain the information provided by the service in others ways than by viewing it in a web browser, without the prior authorisation from the provider will be considered as an abuse and your access to the Service will be terminated.

8. Account termination

Any breach of these Terms will lead to Service termination: your account(if any) will be closed with no prior notice and we may block your access to the Service.

Inactive accounts will be closed after 60 days.
